Profile:
Is a leader to a delinquent gang. Tend to be outgoing, expressive and passionate. Aren’t afraid to take risks. Also possesses a strong presence and is unlikely to be overlooked. Initially cold and even hostile towards another person before gradually showing her warm side over time. Once she put her mind to something; she will attentively carry it out and rarely get distracted. Is highly regarded by teachers and students. She always act without thinking twice, causing conflicts with others. But on the other hand, she is courageous and willing to work hard for others.

History:
Lives alone in an apartment in the city far from her parents in Tokyo. Her biological parents deceased in a fire accident when she was five years old. Scarlet and her younger brother are only survivors and they now being adopted by the Testarossa family.
